The Senior Consultant represents our Business Development function via a 360-recruitment cycle, with the role on an independent-contribution basis. As a face of our Infrastructures Practice, the role has a key mandate to build-up and develop our desk of Clients and talents across the Heavy Industries within the Built Environment – forging a comprehensive network of key-talents and decision-makers.

  • Business Development: From a combination of Cold-calling, Telemarketing & Networking and through the building and maintaining of excellent rapport and relationships with Clients of the targeted market. Setting meetings with Decision Makers to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs.
  • Market Specialization: Amongst Clients, Candidates and Stake-holders, be aware of industry trends, being alert to project, plans and movements of candidates, providing periodical updates and outlooks, and approaching the right people at the right time. Identify and gather information on relevant market information. Conduct comprehensive market research of client’s direct competitors, identify and gather information on their employees, average pay-scale, and other market information for the purpose of Independence of Opinion, Pulse of Market, and ensuring Bayes is a Right Representation on behalf of the Engineered Environment
  • Consulting Standards: In the knowing that We must fulfil a high bar as a Specialist Model, deliver a pricing strategy befitting of value-to-fee and ensuring a fair and equitable system to all stakeholders involved. Crafting the delivery process of our service (pre, present and post-sales support) and ensuring the experiential maintains as exceptional (long-term relationship, closeness, accountability, time).
  • Technical Ability: Headhunt, source and approach talented individuals with given job specifications via multiple sources and tools i.e. Database Scanning, Online Networking (LinkedIn, etc) and Cold Calling – all for the purpose of creating a comprehensive pipeline that is effective, applicable for the long-term and ensuring we are well-placed to represent both the interests of our Clients and Candidates


Please be made aware that the role is on a full-commissioned basis (60% of Sales) during the probationary period (3-months); thereafter a monthly fixed remuneration with quarterly-commission - please only apply if you are open to the arrangement and are willing to find out further.
