Our client is a renoun activewear and concept store. They are current seeking for a HR Executive to join their vast growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll and payslip management inclusive of CPF and SDL reporting and payments.
- Management of annual leave, public holidays, medical leaves and updates of company employment rules.
- Staff recruitment via job postings.
- Issuance of company letters and drafting of employment contract.
- Conducting of regular staff performance evaluations.
- Arranging mandatory government training sessions for all staffs.
- Verifications of all documentations submitted.
- Conduct reference checks on new hires.
- Monitoring of staffs attendance.
- Work closely with all the outlet manager to input every single employee shift to shiftee.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Mangement or any related fields
- Minimally 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail in work processes
- Successful applicant should be able to work in a team as well as individually with good communication skills.
