The Role
As our digital marketing and social media associate, you will be pivotal in driving our organisation's online presence and engagement. You will be responsible for ideating, creating, and managing compelling content across various digital platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, and more.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing content to increase stakeholder awareness and engagement.
· Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and multimedia content.
· Manage and grow our social media communities by fostering meaningful interactions and relationships.
· Monitor and analyse key metrics to track performance and optimise our plans for maximum impact.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with overall organisational objectives.
· Plan and actively seek opportunities to showcase the stories and contributions of our senior volunteers through creative storytelling and publicity initiatives.
· Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to uncover new information, stories, and perspectives on the ground to create and deliver compelling content that resonates with our stakeholders.
· Support the team in day-to-day coordination and administration.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
· Digitally savvy and adept in managing digital marketing and social media management tools and software (e.g. SEO, analytics, CMS).
· Proficiency in photography/videography techniques and print and video production – a portfolio is required.
· Proven expertise in integrated marketing communications and managing campaigns.
· Strong command of English and Mandarin to facilitate writing, presentation, discussions and translation work.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting narratives that resonate with the target audience.
· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a multi-stakeholder environment.
· Proactive and result-oriented, with the ability to drive ideas, collaborate, plan processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
· Passion for engaging with seniors and community stakeholders.
