Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service and Administrative Executive to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, prepare invoices, and handle salary slip processing. This remote role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Invoice Preparation: Accurately create and manage invoices for clients, maintaining organized records.
- Salary Slip Processing: Prepare and distribute salary slips accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs, respond to queries, and foster positive relationships.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, such as record-keeping, documentation, and file management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business Administration or related fields is an advantage.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, administration, or invoicing is preferred.
- Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with invoicing and payroll software.
