We’re seeking a skilled Culinary Manager to drive culinary innovation and development for our brands across multiple countries.
This is a corporate role focused on R&D, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
Salary Range: $4,000 - $6,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Support brand teams with culinary expertise and innovative concept development to maintain competitive advantage.
- Leverage culinary skills and scientific knowledge to create commercially viable dishes and enhancements.
- Conduct research and development (R&D) of new dishes and limited-time offers (LTOs) to elevate menu offerings and drive sales.
- Ensure quality and consistency in the execution of new menu items across locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs and quality assurance with company goals.
- Provide insights on culinary trends, ingredients, and availability for strategic menu planning.
- Stay updated on global and local food trends and monitor ingredient sourcing.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in culinary R&D.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in creating innovative and competitive culinary solutions.
