ABOUT THE COMPANY
I am working with a leading international law firm to hire for their Singapore office.
They are looking for a Paralegal to join their Finance team which does covers transactional finance and project finance matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide all rounded legal support to the Finance team
- Prepare and draft legal documents, compile bundles
- Conduct legal research as required
- Monitor deadlines, filing and database management
- Any other legal support as assigned.
KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SETS
- Diploma in Law / Legal Studies or Degree in Law
- Ideally, some experience in a transactional practice area
- Highly organised, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
