Job Description
- Perform administrative support for the department
- Compile product information, generate product write ups and PowerPoint
- Manage product inventory / sample processes
- Handling of product related enquiries and requests from regional offices
- Handling of product related complains and defective claims process
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
- Assists the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AX system
- Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
