- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to shape commercial strategies.
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to ensure that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently while aligning with company capabilities.
- Ensure that all logistics operations meet agreed service levels and performance targets, addressing any issues promptly and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in managing contract logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.
- Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, vendors, and service providers to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
