Legal Associate
Salary: $4000 - $6000
Working Hours: 9am - 630pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Toa Payoh
Responsibilities:
- Developing relevant skillsets in real estate transactions for both HDB and private properties including sale, purchase, and refinancing matters, with a view to progressively assuming conduct of more complex matters
- Meeting and corresponding with clients to provide advice and manage cases
- Preparing and reviewing of legal documents
- Drafting of letters and other correspondences
- Carrying out legal research
- Providing supervision and oversight for ongoing matters
Requirements:
- A good law degree from an accredited university
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Called to the Singapore Bar with preferably 1-2 years of PQE
- Proficiency in English required, competency in other languages an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, commitment to work tasks, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Pleasant personality and willingness to work in a team
