Architectural Coordinator (Interior Design & Renovation Field)
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Hours: 8.30am ~ 5.30pm (Mon to Fri), 8.30am ~ 12.30pm (Sat)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for Contract/Procurement management.
- Assist the Project Manager to coordinate design detailing between designer & client.
- Communicate with the team to ensure they have all of the documents and information they may need.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects.
- To report to Project Manager the status of procurement, delivery and site progress.
- Coordinate all construction drawings, submit and update Project Manager the status of shop drawings from designer, and materials procurement as site progresses.
- To assist Project Manager & Designer to monitor the project execution to completion and meets the quality standard.
- Compilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations including As-built drawing submissions.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively with all level of people
- Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities.
- Good knowledge and experience in tendering commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
- Mature with initiative to work independently
