Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Strategy & PlanningCollaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    Create comprehensive project schedules and resource plans, establishing key milestones.
    Set up and monitor project budgets to maintain financial efficiency.
  2. Project Leadership & CoordinationLead cross-functional project teams, fostering open communication and teamwork.
    Conduct regular check-ins to track progress, address issues, and adjust plans.
    Coordinate with team members to align responsibilities and project needs.
  3. Execution & OversightManage daily project operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and project plans.
    Apply project management best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
    Assign tasks and responsibilities across team members.
  4. Financial OversightPrepare and manage multiple project budgets, tracking expenses closely.
    Identify and address any budget variances to ensure financial accountability.
  5. Risk & ComplianceAssess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Ensure projects align with company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
    Proactively address any emerging risks, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  6. Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout.
    Present project status updates, including progress, risks, and financials, to leadership.
    Manage expectations and promptly address any stakeholder concerns.
  7. Continuous Improvement & Quality Conduct project reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
    Apply lessons learned to improve project management practices.
    Stay updated on industry trends to enhance future project delivery.
  8. Procurement & Vendor ManagementIdentify and assess suppliers for quality, cost, and delivery efficiency.
    Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment schedules.
    Work with suppliers to resolve any issues in quality or delivery, ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Manufacturing industry is a plus
