Receptionist cum Admin (6 months role) as Maternity Cover
· Office administration (including receptionist tasks answer
phone calls, welcome
visitors)
· Travel arrangements (Flight tickets, hotels, transportation, visa processing)
· Raising of purchase orders using the Company's software
· Managing office systems, arranging servicing, corporate purchasing (stationery's,
pantry supplies, etc.)
· Receiving and assessing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
. Preparation of Despatch forms and necessary Company Letters
. Maintain and update of office and supplier contact list
· Secretarial support to top management
