Job Description
- Utilize the latest NLP, CV, neural information retrieval, and other technologies to build efficient, scalable semantic search systems for hundreds of millions of documents.
- Mine user logs and behaviors, model users and long documents to optimize query understanding, query expansion, and other modules.
- Solve bottlenecks in multilingual and cross-lingual queries.
- Combine BM25 queries with vector queries to build a multimodal retrieval system.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience, a master's degree or above, with a background in information retrieval preferred, and publication of papers in conferences such as SIGIR, ACL is a plus.
- Proficient in common deep learning and machine learning frameworks.
- Familiar with Neural Information Retrieval, familiar with search engines such as Elasticsearch (ES), Solr, and technologies like Dense Retrieval, Learning to Rank.
- Familiar with long text modeling, extreme multi-label classification, representation learning, and have knowledge or experience with vector search engines.
- Solid foundation in coding and engineering thinking.
