We are seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager to lead and oversee security projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks.
Responsibilities
- Define project goals, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to align goals and secure necessary approvals.
- Identify and mitigate potential security risks to ensure compliance with policies.
- Work with IT, security, and business teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
- Keep detailed project records, including progress reports and compliance checks.
- Enhance project and security processes for efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3+ years in IT project management, preferably in IT security.
- Experience in payment card industry
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance).
- PCI DSS, PMP, CISSP or similar certifications are advantageous.
