Position: Senior Executive, Business Transformation & Synergy
Location: One Marina
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $5,300/month x 13 months + 2-3 months variable bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Support project management for the Data Driven Enterprise (DDE) project.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage enhancement requirements from regional and HQ stakeholders, coordinating with the development team.
- Data Visualization: Design data marts to improve visualization effectiveness and work with the team on deployment.
- Data Governance: Develop and manage data handling processes and governance frameworks.
- Progress Monitoring: Maintain the project backlog and communicate updates consistently with global stakeholders.
- Looker BI: Provide regular updates on Looker Explore enhancements, ensuring data and reports are ready for business use.
- Cost Savings Support: Lead project management for global cost-saving initiatives and create cost-visualization dashboards to track targets.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in overseeing large-scale projects.
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Proficient in data analytics, with hands-on experience in dashboard visualization tools, ideally Looker BI.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with internal departments and global stakeholders.
