We are now seeking an experienced General Manager to drive growth and enhance the profitability of our rental division.
In this role, the GM will oversee day-to-day operations, manage financial performance, and drive customer satisfaction through developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in fleet management, sales, and strategic planning to ensure profitability and efficiency. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize the rental sales division, including short-term and long-term rentals for both business and private customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, maximize profit margins, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with Marketing team to design and execute marketing strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and enhancing brand visibility.
- Manage fleet conditions and utilization to ensure efficient operations and vehicle availability.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Oversee customer service standards to ensure an outstanding rental experience and prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and effectively manage operational risks.
- Utilize data analytics and technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and incentives to maximize rental profitability.
- Continuously implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of automotive sales and service operations experience.
- Proven trade records in a senior sales management role.
- Possess expertise in fleet management, sales strategy, and market expansion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive a high-performing team.
