Position: Executive, Clinic Operations
Salary Range: $2,700 - $4,000
Location: Novena
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance workflow, processes, and staff communication to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in planning doctors' rosters to maintain smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate doctors' leave to ensure sufficient medical manpower at all times.
- Supervise patient scheduling in the appointment system according to clinic and doctors' requirements.
- Monitor, plan, and update all doctors’ training, attachments, and observation sessions.
- Ensure clinic rooms are prepared and patient loads are managed in line with clinic standards.
- Oversee resource allocation and staff deployment within the department to optimize functionality.
