Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning of office areas, including but not limited to vacuuming carpets, wiping glass doors, emptying waste bins, and maintaining overall cleanliness
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office and common areas, ensuring a hygienic and organized environment
- Prepare and serve drinks and refreshments to guests, visitors, and employees
- Assist in serving food and beverages to VIPs and employees during office-hosted meal functions
- Wash cups, teapots, and other kitchenware, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Clean and maintain all pantry equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor stock levels of tea, coffee, and related supplies, and notify the appropriate person when restocking is required
- Always adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring that all equipment is used safely
Requirements
- Proficient in understanding and speaking basic English
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role (office, hospitality, or customer service) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, with minimal supervision
