Overall Responsibilities
- To teach and educate students according to guidelines provided by the school’s curricular programmes.
- To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of School.
- To promote the school's ideals as well as the characteristics and attitude of the learners.
- Always maintain rigorous and appropriate learning expectations of all students.
- Accurately and regularly assess student progress.
- Continuously monitor student learning and make appropriate modifications of goals and strategies to meet students’ needs.
- Engage parents and students in the learning process through frequent and meaningful communications about student progress.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years or more relevant full-time teaching experience as a qualified teacher.
- Candidate must at least possess Master’s degree.
- Fluency in spoken & written English.
- Experience of teaching ICSE/ ISC/ IGCSE/ A Level Classes.
- In-depth subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.
- Teacher Training is mandatory.
- Basic IT Skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- A passionate educator with the ability to deliver student-centered, inquiry-based learning.
