Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions; including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations and retention, grievance handling, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee handbook, records management, safety and health.
- Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
- Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.
Requirements:
- Min Deg in HRM or Administration
- Exp working in manufacturing or F&B would be advantageous
- Well verse in Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Able to work independently and as a team
