Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive regional consumer marketing strategies that align with our business goals and brand objectives.
- Examine and map the entire customer journey to pinpoint key touchpoints and identify opportunities for lead generation improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, customer service) to ensure a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
- Develop strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty, leveraging insights from customer feedback and data analysis.
- Create and execute robust social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Produce and curate engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with our brand messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and conduct market research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the region.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and assess integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Coordinate with country and regional marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain consistent messaging and positioning across regional campaigns, adapting content and creative assets to local markets as needed.
- Oversee regional events, sponsorships, and promotional activities to drive consumer engagement and brand visibility.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to leadership and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives. Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on customer journey and social media marketing.
- Preferably with previous FMCG marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
