At Little Paddington Preschool, we provide a nurturing and enriching environment for young children. We are dedicated to fostering a love for learning and supporting our students and staff with a range of educational and administrative services.


What you will do:

  • Oversee and document petty cash, daily collections, and centre enrolment reports.
  • Input data on the ONE ECDA website, including new teachers' information and Leave of Absence (LON) records.
  • Enter details on the CCLS website, such as subsidies, enrolment information, parents' particulars, and reports of infectious diseases.
  • Prepare and manage monthly forms including sign-in/sign-out logs, and school bus attendance forms.
  • Support parents in purchasing merchandise and enrolling in enrichment programmes, including uniforms, caps, and books.
  • Conduct stock-takes and restock supplies, including merchandise and stationery.
  • Usher children to and from school buses, ensuring their safety.
  • Handle the collection of school fees, issue invoices and receipts.
  • Order groceries and other essential items needed for school operations.
  • Assist the Principals with various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.


What you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
