Job Description

  • Assist project team in preparation, pre-planning and implementation of projects.
  • Assist project team in liaising with customers, contractors and end users.
  • Monitor project life cycle and prepare weekly reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day administrative tasks such as updating project management portals, data entry, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of documents for submissions.
  • Process new orders/ tasks for the project.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least an ITE diploma (majors in telecommunication related fields will be an added advantage); or at least 1 year of full-time working experience
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, in both spoken and written forms
  • Computer literate and texh-savvy
  • Proficiency in Japanese will be an added advantage
