Responsibilities
- Oversee the due diligence process for agents and partners, ensuring that all findings are thoroughly documented.
- Ensure that due diligence procedures align with company policies, providing detailed records of outcomes.
Identify potential risk areas through the review of contractual agreements and assist in implementing best practices to enhance process efficiency while maintaining policy integrity. - Proactively engage with local and international stakeholders to meet deadlines, nurturing collaborative relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Monitor and evaluate risk exposure, focusing on the proactive identification of emerging AML risks and developing tailored responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in Risk Management or Compliance is a plus, otherwise a strong administrative background with an attention to detail is required.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the capability to read and understand Chinese documents as you will be dealing with the Mainland China market frequently. If you have Cantonese that is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented and diligent, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in effective problem-solving.
