The Project Manager leads and monitors the execution of construction operations. He/She optimizes project plans, leads constructability reviews for construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems and completion activities. He adheres and monitors compliance to the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements. He oversees the implementation of sustainable engineering strategies, procedures and guidelines to promote a culture of continuous improvement. He communicates information in a clear and concise manner and interacts proactively to obtain buy-ins of stakeholders. He possesses strong analytical, project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills. He works in a fast-paced work environment and has to travel occasionally to project sites. We are a design and build contractor, looking for a Project Manager who specializes in M&E trade to perform project management role.
