- Work closely with doctors, nurses and community service agencies to promote healthy lifestyles and preventive health.
- Educating children and families to understand the importance of preventive health
- Screening children and families to provide support in navigating social-health systems.
- Providing education to patients on Health information.
Requirements
- Min NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
