To promote and sell the company’s product, play an integral part in promoting the brand’s image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
a. Customer service & store operations
- Achieve sales targets by recommending products to suit the needs of our customers.
- Attend to customers’ needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience.
- Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service.
- Ensure that POS is well maintained, data updated accurately and regularly.
- Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment.
- Fulfil your role as a staff of the company by displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism.
b. Others
- Provide feedback on customers’ preference, merchandise and other areas of concern
- Perform any other relevant tasks/assignments as and when required by the management
Job Requirement
- Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
- Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
- Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
- Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
- Salary range posted is for basic salary only.
