M.A BALLET is dedicated to fostering a passion for ballet among students of all ages and levels. We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing Part-Timer who can bring our school’s message to life through engaging and impactful social media content.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and independent Social Media Content Creator to join our team. Your role will be to design, create, and post high-quality content that promotes our ballet school and its classes. You will have the opportunity to work on-site, choose class slots to capture relevant content, and develop posts using Canva.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing and engaging social media posts using Canva.
• Create one post every two days and an Instagram story every day.
• Develop content that showcases our school’s activities, classes, and special events.
• Plan and schedule posts for maximum engagement across social media platforms.
• Work independently, manage your time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team to align content with our school’s branding and marketing strategy.
Work Schedule:
• Part-time: 4-hour shifts, 3 days per week, including weekends.
• Flexible schedule based on class slots to gather content.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media content creation and design.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing and promotional materials.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and detail.
• Familiarity with social media trends and engagement strategies.
Compensation:
• $10-12 per hour, based on experience and skills.
