Background
We are looking to digitalise the various services and business processes of our accounting and corporate services business. Therefore, we desire to leverage and apply the prevailing broad advances in various digital technologies to custom develop and implement targeted solutions (our IP) that enable us to serve our clients more efficiently an competitively. This initiative is also expected to enhance the work-roles of our team members and enable them to elevate their skills, job satisfaction and career sustainability (eg: minimise mundane tasks and transition towards more review-oriented, supervisory and advisory responsibilities)
Role and Responsibilities
You will be required to assist our business leaders to analyse the overall technical requirements of our strategic business initiative and to propose and set up the overall systems and applications solution architecture that will serve as the backbone of the solution modules.
You will be responsible to evaluate technology platforms, plan out the proof-of-concepts, and establish the MVP exit criteria for the proposed solution modules.
You will be hands-on to implement the proposed systems and applications from POC to MVP to full blown capabilities so as to enable the business to reap its ROI. In this regard, you will be adept in every aspect of coding competencies, including but not limited to frameworks, mobile and web program design and coding (in person), API development, DB and system performance tuning, cloud setup, and the incorporation of ML and AI engines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in the requisite IT, Technology and/or Engineering disciplines;
- At least 10 years relevant working experience in this field;
- Proven track record in the implemention of projects of this nature and scope;
- Full stack hands-on skills in the latest technical development trends;
- Able to lead by example with personal delivery of ouput, as well as subsequently to build up and lead a competent team to accomplish phased tasks;
