- Read and interpret engineering drawings to identify dimensions, tolerances, and other specifications.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools and gauges to ensure components and assemblies meet the required specifications.
- Visually inspect camera assemblies at various stages of production, following defined quality control procedures and checklists.
- Operate test equipment to verify functionality of cameras, following work instructions.
- Identify and document any defects or non-conformities, recording detailed information for corrective action.
- Work collaboratively with production personnel to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records in Excel spreadsheet and complete necessary paperwork.
- Assist with the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist Production Team with assembly or rework of cameras when needs arise.
