Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Activities
· Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
· Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
· Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
· Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries
· Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas
Operations and Administration
· Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities
· Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing
· Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
· Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course
· Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors
Key Requirements:
· Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
· Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
