Your new role
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders, build relationships, and ensure service expectations.
- IFM Vendor Management: Coordinate contractor management, review financial reports, and provide feedback.
- Operational Management: Implement escalation procedures, manage problem reporting, and administer master data.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop initiatives for cost savings and service improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in managing soft and hard facilities
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive cost savings and service improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, or service industries (advantageous)
