Job Description:
- Participate in develop brand management strategy
- Make annual/monthly plan and budget plan for each brand and organize the implementation
- Establish and improve marketing management systems, business processes and operating standards, Implement various systems, processes and standards, formulate specific solutions to problems and implement.
- Media operation and promotion management.
- Brand marketing planning and implementing management. Evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing activities, issue analysis reports, timely adjust and optimize marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and market share.
- Market research and data analysis, evaluate the performance and changes of the brand in the market, and adjust the marketing strategy and brand promotion plan in time according to the data and changes
- Member management
- Brand public relations management
- Oversee and manage all the design and production in marketing department.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field
- Perferable with F&B marketing experience
- Leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
