Job Responsibility
· Manage sales report and performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
· Assign duties to team members and create work schedules.
· Develop operational strategies and ensure that the operational activities meet the organization’s requirements.
· Manage bid conditions and tender preparations.
· Monitor bid management to ensure it is aligned with the company and customers’ requirements.
· Maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
· Candidate must possess a BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
· At least 5-8 years’ experience and experience in Steelwork will be an advantage.
· Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.
· Analytical, independent, self-motivated, possess a positive working attitude and takes responsibility in his work.
· Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
· Applicants with prior relevant experience in residential/ commercial/ industrial/ healthcare/ institutional/ government sector/ other projects will be preferred.
