Requirements:
- To operate and maintain plant facilities and utilities.
- Responsible for continuously supplying purified water, chilled water, PUB water, steam, compressed air, etc.
- Responsible for continuous treatment of process wastewater and ensuring compliance with the discharge of treated water to the public sewage system.
- Responsible for continuously operating building services, including HVAC, ACMV, electricity, etc.
- Responsible for facilities & utilities equipment front-end troubleshooting.
- Responsible for carrying out or coordinating with vendors on asset repairs, maintenance, calibration, or project works.
- Execute assigned work activities on time.
- Responsible for safe operation and good housekeeping in facilities and utility areas.
- Manage external contractors/vendors in support of operation and maintenance activities.
- Assist supervisor in preparing equipment for maintenance, performing equipment isolation, LOTO, and supporting permit-to-work issuance.
- To provide input or be involved in drafting GMP documents eg. SOPs, forms, etc.
- Provide support to improvement projects, audits, EHS & Quality investigations, and CAPA.
- To be involved in internal and external inspections as required.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, ISO and EHS standards, and other relevant policies/standards, and support audit functions.
- Ensure workplace safety and be responsible for notifying management promptly of EHS/GMP deficiencies.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possess a Minimum of NITEC in a technical field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronics, cosmetic, food, medical, or pharmaceutical industry handling facilities or utilities.
- Boiler Attendant Class 2 certification is a MUST.
- Competence in purified water, chilled water, steam, compressed air, wastewater treatment, cleanroom HVAC operations, and maintenance.
- Self-motivated, good teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to execute work as per work instructions or procedures.
- Experience working in an EHS environment and a permit-to-work system.
