Role:
- Generate Technical Proposals to support the Sales Team.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product queries, orders, and deliveries, and provide administrative support for the Sales Team.
- Oversee the sales order process, including purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders.
- Verify customer orders, including customer details and payment information.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints via phone or email.
- Ensure quotes align with raised orders, confirming correct pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Record data and maintain systems as outlined in the sales process SOP and as directed by the Sales Team.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Engine and Propulsions Systems or related industry in administration or technical service support.
- Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
