Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Part-Time IT Support Engineer/Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist our IT support team in setting up, replacing, and troubleshooting IT equipment at various client sites. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on IT experience, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in onsite setup, installation, and replacement of IT equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, cash drawers, network switches, etc.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Occasionally assist with night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 2 AM), though this is optional.
Requirements:
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills; specific training will be provided.
- Availability to work 2 to 3 days per week with flexible hours.
- Commitment to at least a 6-month period.
- Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
