Duties/Responsibilities:
- Emergency response: Act promptly in emergencies, notify relevant personnel, and follow safety protocols.
- Quality and safety: Ensure compliance with quality standards and health/safety regulations.
- Product and parts sourcing: Procure items for general repairs, e.g., drywall and bathroom fixtures.
- Preventative maintenance: Monitor and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Routine inspections: Regularly inspect premises and equipment for any issues.
- Contractor oversight: Supervise contractors during professional repairs.
- Project participation: Engage in various projects, including alteration works.
- System functionality: Verify the functionality of building systems like irrigation.
- Additional duties: Perform other required duties and activities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Work status reporting: Proficient in creating reports to update management on work status.
- Experience criteria: Preferably possess a minimum of three years in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician roles; however, it is not obligatory.
- Carpentry and repair expertise: Knowledgeable in general carpentry and repair practices.
- A&A project management: Experienced in overseeing Alteration and Addition (A&A) projects.
- Physical capabilities: Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, or maneuvering in confined spaces.
