about the job
- Assist with daily site operations, including the development and revision of site operating procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment
- Managing effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall
- Work on building management programs for a mission critical facilities environment
- Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense
- Support the Property Maintenance Team in ensuring the smooth operation and effective management of properties
- Utilize knowledge of building defects and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to manage and resolve issues
- Manage and respond to all complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
skills and experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management
- Min 2 years of experience in Property Management, Building Management, or Project Management
- Strong understanding of property maintenance, building defects, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, and preventive maintenance practices (hard services)
- Keen to work in retail shopping malls (availability: 3 at west , 1 at central , 1 at east of Singapore)
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Building Management and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and prior MCST operations experience will be big plus
- Mon to Fri (8:30 – 6pm)
