GENERAL MANAGER

This role is key to our long-term growth strategy, and we need someone who can hit the ground running, inspire our teams, and drive our business forward.


As our General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure we continue to stay ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong business mindset, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for building teams and growing businesses.

In this role, you will:

-Drive the company’s overall strategic direction and ensure alignment with both short- and long-term goals. You’ll play an instrumental role in setting and executing business initiatives that foster growth and innovation.

-Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments are running efficiently and effectively. You’ll manage a diverse team, keeping things running smoothly and implementing improvements where needed.

-Manage the financial health of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. You’ll be instrumental in managing resources and making data-driven decisions that impact the company’s bottom line.

-Lead a talented and motivated team, inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. You’ll oversee talent development, performance management, and help build a high-performing team that’s set up for success.

-Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, positioning the company as a leader in the market. You’ll also represent the company at external events and build a network that opens new opportunities.

-Ensure that we stay compliant with all relevant regulations, with a focus on risk management and operational integrity. You’ll make sure the company’s interests are protected and that we operate with transparency and accountability.

-Regularly report on business performance and strategic initiatives to the leadership team, keeping everyone aligned and focused on key priorities. You’ll be the go-to person for performance insights and business updates.


To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

-A proven track record (8-10 years) in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or similar position. Experience in the consumer goods or a related industry is highly desirable.

-Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate teams, foster a collaborative culture, and manage through change.

-A deep understanding of global business operations, financial management, and strategy, with the ability to make tough decisions and drive results.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with people at all levels—internally and externally.

-A hands-on, results-oriented approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

-A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant management and industry experience is the most important.
