- Connect with and influence CxOs, senior decision makers and influencers of big bet accounts and key deals.

- Strategic Planning: Independently manage key functional areas, including quarterly planning and, if applicable, budget proposals. Ensure accountability for the success of these initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, adeptly navigating challenges with minimal guidance. Your strategic acumen will be pivotal in aligning programs with the broader goals of the company.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Display decisive leadership in setting objectives and determining approaches to critical assignments. Lead by example on highly visible, often cross-functional projects, mentoring, and inspiring team members.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex challenges proactively, bringing together diverse viewpoints to achieve consensus and implementing solutions. Your initiative will ensure the content strategy progresses in alignment with the company’s vision.
- Innovation and Motivation: Encourage and inspire the team through a commitment to innovation and creativity. Your leadership will foster a culture of creativity and dedication, crucial for the success of our content strategy.
- ASEAN-Specific Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies tailored to the ASEAN market, integrating global themes with local nuances. This includes managing event content in key locations across ASEAN and global marketing direction to align with the local cultures for enhanced impact.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Performance Metrics: Collaborate with global and regional teams to synchronise localised content and campaigns. Utilise KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Content Mastery: A creative thinker capable of engaging diverse C Level audiences with compelling storytelling.
- Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate program performance and refine strategies, combined with a solid background in strategic planning and budget management.
- Cultural Sensitivity: An in-depth understanding of the cultural diversity within ASEAN and the ability to adapt content and strategies to resonate with different audiences.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the talent for articulating strategies and collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders across different departments and regions.
- Consultative Approach: A consultative mindset with proven success in working alongside marketers and content creators to achieve marketing objectives.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Highly adaptable, with a strong problem-solving approach, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Your Background
- Proven Experience in C Level marketing with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
- Prior experience in the ASEAN market and B2B marketing is highly desirable.
