Job Responsibilites
- Responsible for all sales processes for all clientele, regarding walk-in and phone/email.
- Ensure optimal customer experience in the boutique
- Ensure that stock and inventory level in boutique is in line with Management’s direction
- Participate actively in Customer Relationship Management data collection
- Assist with Visual Merchandising team on ensuring proper concepts and themes are met
Job Requirements
- Nitec holder and above
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in Luxury industry
- Customer service orientated
