Job Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment and process incoming orders.
- Prepare and generate data reports.
- Proactively communicate with the team to ensure KPIs, margins, and revenue targets are met.
- Maintain inventory of routers, ensuring stock aligns with reservation numbers.
- Address customer inquiries, identify issues, and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Nitec holder and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in MS Applications
