Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Singapore.
- Share expertise on Singapore attractions, prepaid SIM cards, travel options, and airline ticketing.
- Proactively approach and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate stock inventory and arrange replenishments when necessary.
- Assist with booking or transportation arrangements, if needed.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ Level and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Able to commit in shift work including overnight shift
