Job Responsibilities
- Provide precise and timely legal counsel on a wide range of legal, contractual, and procurement matters.
- Collaborate with Management to develop effective defense strategies that best position the Group and the Company.
- Establish internal governance policies for contracts and procurement, ensuring regular compliance monitoring.
- Implement risk management strategies and offer proactive guidance on potential legal, contractual, and procurement issues.
- Engage and negotiate with external parties, including clients, vendors, regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to safeguard the Group's and the Company’s legal rights.
- Manage complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting the jurisdictions where the Group and the Company operate.
- Support contract and pricing negotiations, and prepare contractual documents and agreements with clients, suppliers, business partners, employees, and other relevant parties.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Law
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Possess knowledge and understanding of corporate and contract laws, practices and procedures
