Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally, offering personalized beauty consultations.
- Stay informed on beauty trends, new products, and promotions to provide accurate guidance.
- Drive sales through effective product promotion, demos, and upselling.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and tutorials to showcase product use and benefits.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory, and maintain attractive product displays.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Track sales, customer interactions, and feedback to identify trends and improve service.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or as a beautician.
