Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism, ensuring a warm, confident, and genuine first impression.
- Escort guests to their rooms, assist with luggage, and provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions in line with Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- Handle the transport of guests' luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring that guests are settled in comfortably with no items left behind.
- Maintain designated lobby stations according to company standards, checking them every 30 minutes or as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Leading Quality Assurance guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Possess relevant experience in customer service
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work shift duties, weekends and public holidays including overnight shift
