Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and cultivating new clients and sales leads through strategic outreach
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and create tailored service solutions
- Partnering with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful business development campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and networking events
- Supporting the People & Development teams in managing professional consultants
- Developing innovative approaches for client opportunities and proposals
- Coordinating with global colleagues on cross-selling initiatives and maintaining the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 3 years and above in legal industry with relevant experience in Business Development/Recruitment/Professional Services
- Extensive experience communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Good experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools & Platform
