Job Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR processes, including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management.
- Participate in HR engagement activities and projects.
- Address employee queries and concerns, offer guidance on HR policies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in work pass applications
