- Manage the full equity plan lifecycle and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Identify and implement improvements, focusing on automation and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to support operations.
- Provide clear responses to employee inquiries on equity benefits.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or degree in HR with 3 years in business process improvement administration.
- Prior experience in automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, UI Path) is preferred.
- Prior experience in Microsoft Office Application & Workday is a MUST.
